Destin Commons has been in operation since November of 2003. Destin Commons has recently completed the first of a three phase expansion plan with the opening of the West Tower in March 2008, a six level parking garage including an additional 841 parking spaces. Phase two of the expansion plans include a 125-key hotel, nationally branded, upscale boutique hotel, 150,000 sq ft of retail and four nationally recognized restaurants.  Phase three will complete the expansion with 300,000 sq ft of retail and a 250 key nationally branded all-suite four star resort, golf course and business conference center.
